Recently qualified as a Yoga Alliance Professionals 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher,  Cat has been teaching and developing her class style since March and uses a combination of fluidity and stillness.  Expressive movement of the body is encouraged but the breath is of primary importance and the movement is always connected to the breath.
