Pregnancy Yoga with Keira
Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful time to practice yoga and relaxation.
At Spalding Holistic Hub, Keira teaches in a gentle way, in order to maintain and improve physical health during pregnancy. Breathing and relaxation techniques are taught to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
Beginning from 14 weeks of pregnancy, yoga can be practiced up to and during labour. We encourage you to enjoy being pregnant by offering practices that help you prepare more comfortably for the big day.
