A Warm Welcome to Your Yoga Journey! Yoga Class 'Soul' is for you, if you... Want to calm down, reconnect, and have my professional support / attitude to details. Work hard, and want to find a minute for your well being. Want to give care and love for yourself. Want to join the community that shares support, love and a place where you can feel safe and yourself. Find Inner Peace: It's time to stop for a second and breathe. To meet the part of you that wants to come to the light and settle. My loving space will help you to give attention to forgotten pieces of your own. Beyond Physical Movement: In my yoga classes, you'll not only move your body, but also the energies that are stagnant. During the class, you'll have space to meet your deepest feelings and release the emotions that no longer serve you. Finding Us: The class will be held at the beautiful Constitutional Club located at Broad St, Spalding PE11 1TB. Conveniently, there's free parking next to the building after 6:00 PM. What to Bring: Come dressed in comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for ease of movement. Feel free to bring your own water bottle and yoga mat/blanket, although these will also be provided for your comfort. Cancellation Policy: Out of respect for your fellow yogis, please let me know as soon as possible if you're unable to attend a class.
