Hatha & Yin Yoga Teacher
Alison teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga and firmly believes yoga is for everyone. Each week has a different focus. It is slow flow, meditative yoga so that you leave your class feeling wonderful. You will always find your own level to work at and you will find them challenging. A yin class is taught approximately every six weeks. Alison is also a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner and a Sound Healer.
Pregnancy, Postnatal & Kids Yoga Teacher
Keira teaches a range of classes with us. For the past 5 years, she has been dedicated to supporting women with yoga in their pregnancy, birth and postnatal period after qualifying as a yoga teacher with Birthlight and as a Hypnobirthing Practitioner with Mindful Mamma. She recently trained to teach Cosmic Kids Yoga and is also a Meditation Practitioner holding weekly classes.
Hatha Yoga Teacher
Kate teaches Hatha Yoga which combines all of the things that makes yoga great - breath, movement, poses and meditation. Kate's classes are fluid but accessible to everyone and will hopefully help to quieten your mind whilst stretching your beautiful body.
Qi Gong Teacher
Andrew Stones is our qualified Qi Gong specialist. Qi Gong or energy work is a system of coordinated body posture, movement, breath work and meditation used to help you de stress, build strength and balance and help you to sleep better.
Megan's classes are upbeat and fun with a modern twist to give you a different kind of Yoga experience. She combines an element of calisthenics and workouts within her classes yet still keeping the traditional yoga experience with that little extra kick!
