Flow & Glow Yoga New for 2026 Wednesday Evenings | 5:30 – 6:15 PM (45 minutes) Suitable for: Those who enjoy gentle, flowing movement Awaken your body and reconnect with your inner rhythm in this energising midweek yoga class. Flow & Glow Yoga is a mindful blend of Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired movement, designed to help you flow with intention, ease, and awareness. Each class weaves breath and movement together in a steady, accessible rhythm — supporting strength, balance, and a sense of lightness in both body and mind. Classes are offered in 4-week themed blocks, allowing the practice to gently evolve and deepen over time. Each block explores a central theme, building week by week in strength, awareness, and grace. While every session works beautifully as a stand-alone practice, joining the full block offers a richer journey and a deeper connection to the flow. This is an uplifting, confidence-building practice — ideal for those who enjoy moving mindfully and want to feel energised, focused, and grounded as they move through the week.
