Alison

Yin Yang Yoga Spalding

I am a Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher, a level 2 Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer using Tibetan Bowls and Reiki Drum. I am also a retired midwife and nurse. I have been teaching regularly in Spalding since 2019 at the beautiful Zen Space and prior to this in the Middle East where I trained in 2015 in Abu Dhabi.

Hi, I’m Lisa, teacher of Entwine Yoga & Pilates at The Zen Space. Entwine is my own blend of yoga and Pilates which offers the benefits of both for the active and mobile person. Yoga and Pilates go hand in hand uniting your mind, body and breath. 

 

I have been teaching Pilates, yoga and other classes, as well as one to one, for over 22 years. Since a young age I’ve had a passion for health, fitness and well-being and I thoroughly enjoy helping others explore their abilities on the mat, encouraging them to break down any barriers to exercising and giving them the opportunity to experience the benefits and beauty of yoga and Pilates in Entwine.

 

With the fast pace of life we navigate these days, I believe we should be nurturing our mental and physical health on a daily basis to be healthy and mobile into our senior years. I have worked with clients of all ages, those healthy and others with various conditions or illness and I truly believe in the power of good nutrition, movement, mindfulness and self care. 

 

You should never feel guilty about allowing time, energy and love for yourself, because you are worth it!

Jules came to yoga through wanting to support her body from sporting injuries & pain management. Over time yoga became more of a journey for Jules & more than just the physical asana practice, Jules began to develop the connection to mind, body & soul. 

 

Jules is trained in Yin, Tantra, Hatha yoga traditions & meditation. She has continued her training in other yogic disciplines, but Jules believes she will be forever a student of yoga & willing to continue to learn or relearn more yogic traditions, disciplines & techniques.

 

Her unique personality will support you in finding your yoga journey. 

 

Jules' classes are open to all levels. Jules can  provide you with alternatives & modifications to help you find your poses for your practice & to support you along your yogic journey.

Roseanna

Hello!

I'm Roseanna and I’m a Personal Trainer in Spalding. My mission is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability. I’m pre and post-natal certified and specialize in supporting women through the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery with safe, effective exercise. I also work with older adults, helping them maintain strength, mobility, and confidence as they age. I believe that movement is for every body, and I’m passionate about helping individuals at all stages of life feel strong and capable. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, preparing for motherhood, recovering afterward, or maintaining an active lifestyle later in life, I’m here to offer encouragement, patience, and expertise. Fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience, and everyone deserves to feel their best.

Anna

Anna is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, Reflexologist and Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner.  I have been practicing yoga since the 90’s and my style of yoga has been influenced by inspirational teachers from traditions that have included Iyengar, Scarevelli, and Hatha yoga

My classes work towards developing good movement, balance, co-ordination, rhythm, timing, and experimentation.  For me yoga is about focusing on connecting the mind to the body and  discovering connections through the body’s structure aiding, us to move with more freedom and ease.

I am dedicated to yoga and improving wellbeing and believe that the movement is to be celebrated and is for everybody.   My teaching is informative and encouraging students to listen to their bodies, making classes accessible to beginners, and the more advanced practitioners.

I am the founder and managing director of Adults Move Lincolnshire CIC. I am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of adults across Lincolnshire. I provide all sorts of movement-based activities for the local community, including Yoga at The Zen Space

I have been teaching yoga for over two years now after completing my 200hr YTT in Hatha/Vinyasa with MY Yoga Flow during the pandemic. I believe in the transformative power of yoga and it's ability to guide you through uncertainties in life as well as keep you body young. Through yoga, I aim to help others find balance, strength, and inner peace.

Ali

Facebook Page Pilates Innovation

Ali Smith is a level 3 Pilates Mat teacher and somatic trauma informed coach . Ali has a keen interest in how stress and trauma shows up somatically in the form of pain and tightness in the hips and shoulders using a methodology known as trigger point Pilates which is designed to release trigger points in the fascia using foam rollers and small balls

 

Ali has a background in dance and spent years teaching a variety of fitness modalities before discovering a love for Pilates
