Hi, I’m Lisa, teacher of Entwine Yoga & Pilates at The Zen Space. Entwine is my own blend of yoga and Pilates which offers the benefits of both for the active and mobile person. Yoga and Pilates go hand in hand uniting your mind, body and breath.
I have been teaching Pilates, yoga and other classes, as well as one to one, for almost 24 years. Since a young age I’ve had a passion for health, fitness and well-being and I thoroughly enjoy helping others explore their abilities on the mat, encouraging them to break down any barriers to exercising and giving them the opportunity to experience the benefits and beauty of yoga and Pilates in Entwine.
With the fast pace of life we navigate these days, I believe we should be nurturing our mental and physical health on a daily basis to be healthy and mobile into our senior years. I have worked with clients of all ages, those healthy and others with various conditions or illness and I truly believe in the power of good nutrition, movement, mindfulness and self care.
You should never feel guilty about allowing time, energy and love for yourself, because you are worth it!

Meet Jules – Warrior Jules
Jules, founder of Warrior Jules, didn’t come to yoga seeking stillness — her early years were shaped by strength, sport, and pushing limits. With a background in Rugby Union as a player, coach, and referee, resilience was part of her identity. But injury, including ongoing pain conditions and back issues, invited a different path… one she hadn’t planned.
Yoga began as physical support.
It became something far deeper.
What unfolded was a journey of reconnection — creating space to breathe, to feel, and to return to herself beyond pressure and performance. This path led Jules to train in Tantric Hatha yoga in Bali, marking the beginning of what she now calls her conscious reset.
Jules has since continued to evolve her teaching through further training in Yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, and accessible practices such as chair yoga — allowing her to support a wide range of bodies, abilities, and life stages.
Today, she guides those navigating transition — whether that’s injury recovery, burnout, change, or simply the feeling that something needs to shift. Her approach blends mindful strength and mobility with nervous system support, subtle energy awareness, and grounded yogic philosophy.
Her classes are intuitive, inclusive, and deeply supportive. You won’t be asked to perform — instead, you’ll be encouraged to listen, adapt, and move in a way that honours where you are now.

Meet Anna - Jaffanna Yoga
Anna is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, Reflexologist and Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner. I have been practicing yoga since the 90’s and my style of yoga has been influenced by inspirational teachers from traditions that have included Iyengar, Scarevelli, and Hatha yoga
My classes are designed to cultivate awareness through asanas and movement, inviting exploration of the body’s structure—how the bones align and how the muscles support—so we can create
space, freedom, and presence with each breath and moment.
The focus is on learning and letting go of expectations, approaching every practice with a fresh and open awareness. Over time, this fosters a sense of simplicity and clarity, where postures emerge naturally and without force. By working with the body rather than against it, this approach deepens awareness across multiple levels—the body, breath, mind, and nervous system—gradually integrating more balance into everyday life
I am dedicated to yoga and improving wellbeing and believe that the movement is to be celebrated and is for everybody. My teaching is informative and encouraging students to listen to their bodies, making classes accessible to beginners, and the more advanced practitioners.

Ali Smith is a level 3 Pilates Mat teacher and somatic trauma informed coach . Ali has a keen interest in how stress and trauma shows up somatically in the form of pain and tightness in the hips and shoulders using a methodology known as trigger point Pilates which is designed to release trigger points in the fascia using foam rollers and small balls
Ali has a background in dance and spent years teaching a variety of fitness modalities before discovering a love for Pilates

Meet Sarah - Sarah Myland Fitness & Training
Sarah is a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, offering welcoming and supportive Pilates classes for both beginners and improvers.
Her Monday morning mat Pilates sessions are designed to help participants progressively build strength, flexibility, posture, and confidence at their own pace. Classes occasionally incorporate small equipment such as resistance bands and Pilates balls to enhance and support the practice.
Sarah also holds several additional fitness qualifications, bringing a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to every session. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.
