Rest & Restore Monthly Friday Evenings | 6:30 – 8:00 PM (90 minutes) Suitable for all levels, including beginners Step away from the pace of everyday life and return to deep stillness. Rest & Restore is a monthly sanctuary — a nourishing space to gently soften, release tension, and rest deeply. Each session invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through a mindful blend of restorative yoga, gentle hatha-inspired movement, breath awareness, and guided meditation. The practice is unhurried and supportive, allowing the body to settle and the nervous system to reset. We close each class with an extended period of rest, which may include a longer Savasana, guided meditation, or Yoga Nidra — the art of conscious rest, where deep relaxation and quiet awareness naturally unfold. To support your practice beyond the mat, each session includes a small, thoughtful gift to take home — a gentle reminder to continue your self-care and moments of calm in daily life. August – Summer Pause: space to breathe, rest, and reconnect. (Look out for special offerings.) September 4th – Grounding into autumn’s gentle rhythm of change. October 2nd – A nurturing practice as the season invites us inward. November 6th – Rest and replenish as the year begins to soften. December – Winter Pause: a time for reflection, gratitude, and gentle stillness. (Look out for peaceful online offerings.)
