Service Description
Yoga With Anna My classes suitable for beginners to the more advanced and aim to leave you feeling more calm, energized and relaxed so we can adapt to the demands of daily life. The classes are themed and draw on techniques from Iyengar, Scarevellie, and Hatha Yoga which encourage participants to develops a safe practice and enhance your mental and physical health. During class we work with alignment, breathing and range of movement allowing us to celebrate movement that lets your body unfold, rather than being forced into positions. The main focus of the classes is to connect mind to the body and build a strong foundation to progress from. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, listen to their bodies and use modifications to make movement more accessible or challenging. My classes are interactive, experimental and enhance move freedom and ease, improving posture, balance, alignment, strength and flexibility. I also encourage students to take their yoga practice into their daily lives and transfer skills to way they stand, sit and walk, as these are the activities that often contribute to general feelings of tiredness and aches and pains.
