Alison 

Yin Yang Yoga Spalding

I am a Hatha and Yin Yoga  Teacher, a level 2 Reiki Practitioner and sound healer using Tibetan bowls and a Reiki drum.  I am also a retired midwife and nurse. I have been teaching regularly in Spalding since 2019 at our beautiful Zen Space and also prior to this in the Middle East where I trained in 2015 in Abu Dhabi.

Lisa

Fitness with Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa, teacher of Entwine Yoga & Pilates at The Zen Space. Entwine is my own blend of yoga and Pilates which offers the benefits of both for the active and mobile person. Yoga and Pilates go hand in hand uniting your mind, body and breath. 

 

I have been teaching Pilates, yoga and other classes, as well as one to one, for over 22 years. Since a young age I’ve had a passion for health, fitness and well-being and I thoroughly enjoy helping others explore their abilities on the mat, encouraging them to break down any barriers to exercising and giving them the opportunity to experience the benefits and beauty of yoga and Pilates in Entwine.

 

With the fast pace of life we navigate these days, I believe we should be nurturing our mental and physical health on a daily basis to be healthy and mobile into our senior years. I have worked with clients of all ages, those healthy and others with various conditions or illness and I truly believe in the power of good nutrition, movement, mindfulness and self care. 

 

You should never feel guilty about allowing time, energy and love for yourself, because you are worth it!

Jules

Warrior Jules

Jules came to yoga through wanting to support her body from sporting injuries & pain management. Over time yoga became more of a journey for Jules & more than just the physical asana practice, Jules began to develop the connection to mind, body & soul. 

 

Jules is trained in Yin, Tantra, Hatha yoga traditions & meditation. She has continued her training in other yogic disciplines, but Jules believes she will be forever a student of yoga & willing to continue to learn or relearn more yogic traditions, disciplines & techniques.

 

Her unique personality will support you in finding your yoga journey. 

 

Jules' classes are open to all levels. Jules can  provide you with alternatives & modifications to help you find your poses for your practice & to support you along your yogic journey.

Bekki

I am the founder and managing director of Adults Move Lincolnshire CIC. I am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of adults across Lincolnshire. I provide all sorts of movement-based activities for the local community, including Yoga. 

​

I have been teaching yoga for over two years now after completing my 200hr YTT with MY Yoga Flow during ther pandemic. I believe in the transformative power of yoga and it's ability to guide you through uncertainties in life. Through yoga, I aim to help other find balance, strength, and inner peace.
