​Zenfest is a wellbeing festival dedicated to yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Whether you're here to explore, learn, or simply relax, we can't wait to welcome you! Below, you'll find all the details you need to make the most of your experience.

• Time: Doors open at 10:00 AM, and the event closes at 3:30 PM.

• Location: The Zen Space, Broad Street, Spalding, PE11 1TB

Who Can Attend?

Zenfest is open to everyone —whether you're a seasoned yogi or simply curious about wellness!

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event.

• We strive to make Zenfest as inclusive as possible, but due to the building’s layout, accessibility is limited. We’ve taken feedback from last year into account, and many stalls have been relocated to the ground floor.

• Therapies and treatments will be held upstairs in the studio. If you need assistance, please speak to a team member.

• Buggy & wheelchair access is available via The Constitution Club entrance.

 

Photography & Videos

We will be capturing photos and videos throughout the day for use on our social media pages, website, and potentially the press. By attending, you consent to this.

Parking Information

Attendees are responsible for their own parking arrangements, fees, and fines.

• Nearest all-day pay & display parking:

• Nearest 4-hour pay & display parking:

Booking Information

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be available very soon! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and our website for updates.

Where & How can I book tickets?

Tickets will be available on our website with four options:

• Free Ticket (General Entry)

• Bronze Ticket £10

• Silver Ticket £20 (Must be purchased by 31st May 2025)

• Gold Ticket £30 (Must be purchased by 31st May 2025)

How many tickets can I purchase at once?

Each person may purchase one ticket only, as we require individual waivers to be completed for every attendee. This helps ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Yes, a limited number of Bronze Tickets will be available on the day, but these are cash-only

Can I upgrade my free ticket on the day?
Yes, you can! Free entry tickets can be upgraded to a Bronze Ticket for £10 in cash when you arrive.
Please note: We can only accept cash payments for upgrades on the day—card payments won’t be available for this.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable! If you can no longer attend and wish to pass your ticket to a friend, simply email us at thezenspacespalding@gmail.com with their name, phone number and email address.
Please note: If you selected a Gold Ticket, we won’t be able to change the vest top size requested during booking..

 

On the Day: What You Need to Know

Card or Cash?

Most vendors will accept both card and cash, but some may only take one or the other.

• Raffle tickets are cash only—so bring some change if you’d like to enter!

Where can I find the class schedule?

The full class lineup will be published on our website and social media once finalized.

Can I purchase food and drinks?

• We are currently confirming vendors, but The Green Bowl will offer a pre-paid meal option—details to be announced soon.

• You are welcome to bring your own food and drink!

🌳 There will be outdoor seating to enjoy a picnic.
🚮 Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly.
🍷 Alcohol is not encouraged at Zenfest. This is a wellbeing event, and we want you to leave feeling refreshed, not dehydrated!

Facilities

• Toilets: Available at The Constitution Club (signs will direct you).

• Baby changing facilities: Available—look for signposts or ask a team member.

Can I bring children?

• Children are welcome to attend for free to shop and watch. (this would make it challenging with photography)

• Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

• Taster classes are only open to those aged 14+ with a parent or legal guardian’s consent.

 

Taster Classes: What to Expect

What should I wear?

• Comfortable yoga/sportswear that allows a full range of movement.

• Dress for the weather—we’ll be outdoors!

Do I need experience in yoga or Pilates?

No! Our taster classes are open to all levels. However, some sessions may be more physically demanding, so check the class descriptions before joining.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

• Yes, bringing your own mat is recommended.

• A limited number of mats will be available for use.

• Or simply practice barefoot on the grass!

Will props be available?

As we are outdoors, props will not be provided. Feel free to bring your own if you regularly use blocks or straps in your practice.

What else should I bring?

• Water bottle – a free refill station will be available.

• Any personal items needed for comfort.

Health & Safety

• If you have an injury or health condition, please inform the teacher before class begins.

• If your doctor has advised against physical activity, please do not participate in the taster sessions.

• If you’re pregnant, we won’t have pregnancy-specific classes this year, but you’re welcome to explore the event, visit stalls, and chat with our pregnancy-specialist teachers.

When should I arrive for a class?

• At least 5 minutes before the class begins.

• After class, please roll up your mat and clear the space for the next session.

What if I don’t like the class?

If a class isn’t for you, quietly step away to avoid disrupting others. You are welcome to observe or relax until it finishes.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.

• Unable to Attend? No refunds are available, but if you pre-ordered a Tote Bag or Zenfest Vest, you can arrange collection.

• Event Cancellation: We plan to go ahead rain or shine! However, if we must cancel, Silver and Gold ticket holders will receive a partial refund (minus the cost of their merchandise).

 

Respect & Conduct

We expect all attendees to be respectful toward fellow guests and The Zen Space team.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal without a refund.
