Zenfest 2026 Frequently Asked Questions

Zenfest is a joyful wellbeing festival in Spalding dedicated to yoga, Pilates, mindfulness and holistic wellness. Whether you are joining us to move, explore, shop, or simply relax, we cannot wait to welcome you to The Zen Space community.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know before attending.

Event Details

Date: Saturday 27th June 2026
Time: Doors open at 9:30am and the event closes at 4:00pm

Who Can Attend?

Zenfest is open to everyone — whether you're an experienced yogi, a Pilates lover, or simply curious about wellbeing.

Please note:

• Pets are not permitted at the event, however, service animals are allowed, for example guide dogs.
• We aim to make Zenfest as inclusive as possible. Due to the building layout, accessibility is limited, however improvements have been made following feedback from last year.
• Many wellbeing stalls will be located on the ground floor.
• Therapies and treatments will take place upstairs in the studio.
• If you require assistance during the event, please speak to a member of the Zen Space team.

Buggy and wheelchair access is available via The Constitution Club entrance.

Photography & Video

Photography and video will be captured throughout Zenfest for use on:

• Social media
• The Zen Space website
• Marketing and potential press coverage

• The photographer's website or social media pages

By attending the event, you consent to photography and video being taken.

If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, please speak to a member of the team on arrival.

Parking Information

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own parking and for any parking fees or fines.

Nearest all-day pay & display car parks:

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be released soon. Follow us on our social media pages and website for announcements.

Where can I book tickets?

Tickets will be available directly through the 'The Zen Space' website. (Click here to purchase your ticket)

Ticket Options

🌿 Zenfest Explorer (Free Entry)
General entry to explore the wellbeing stall holders market, discover local makers, health and holistic services, watch demonstrations and listen to talks.

 

✨ Zenfest Experiential Ticket (£15)
Includes entry plus access to all Zenfest taster classes and a Zenfest gift bag.

Important! Zenfest gift bags are only available for the first 50 tickets — once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Can I buy more than one ticket?

Each attendee must book their own ticket, as individual waivers are required for participation in classes.

 

Do I need a ticket for classes?

Yes — if you would like to take part in any taster classes, you will need a Zenfest Pass – Full Experience.

 

Can I upgrade to a Zenfest Explorer to Experiential ticket on the day?

Yes — a limited number of Zenfest Experiential tickets may be available on the day, subject to availability.

Please note:
• Upgrades will be cash only
• We recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out

Do I need to book a Zenfest Explorer (Free Entry) ticket in advance?

Booking in advance is not essential, but it is highly recommended.

Pre-booking helps us plan the event and ensure the best experience for everyone. We may also share additional information or small extras with our pre-booked guests.

Optional Add-Ons

When booking your ticket, you can register interest in:

A limited edition Zenfest Vest Top
 

To allow time for ordering, vest tops must be purchased by Thursday 4th June 2026, remember to tick the box when purchasing your Zenfest ticket.

On the Day – What to Expect

Card or Cash?

Most stalls will accept both card and cash, however some may only accept one.

📌 Raffle tickets are cash only, so please bring some small change if you wish to take part.

Class Schedule

The full Zenfest class timetable will be published on our website and social media once finalised.

Food & Drink

A pre-order lunch option will be available from Green Bowl Spalding.

Please order by 24th June by contacting Trudie 01775 769130. Payment is taken on ordering and delivery will be to The Zen Space at lunchtime interval.


• You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

🌳 Outdoor seating will be available for picnics.

🚮 Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly.

🍷 Alcohol is not encouraged at Zenfest, as this is a wellbeing event designed to help you leave feeling refreshed and energised.

Facilities

• Toilets: Available at The Constitution Club (signs will guide you).
• Baby changing: Available – please follow the signage or ask a team member.

Children

Children are welcome to attend free of charge to browse stalls and observe activities.

However:

• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Taster classes are suitable for ages 14+ with parent or guardian consent.

Taster Classes – What to Expect

What should I wear?

Comfortable yoga or sportswear that allows free movement.

As some sessions may take place outdoors, please also dress appropriately for the weather.

Do I need yoga or Pilates experience?

No. Zenfest classes are open to all levels, including beginners.

Some sessions may be more physically active, so please read the class descriptions before joining.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.

• A small number of mats will be available, but are not guaranteed.
• Some sessions may take place barefoot on the grass

Will props be provided?

As many sessions take place outdoors, props will not be provided.

You are welcome to bring your own blocks or straps if you regularly use them.

What else should I bring?

• A water bottle (refill station available)
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, cover up layer, a hat if the weather is warm and sunny
• Any personal items you need for comfort

Health & Safety

Please speak to the teacher before the class begins if you:

• Have an injury
• Have a medical condition
• Are unsure whether the class is suitable

If your doctor has advised against physical activity, please do not participate in taster sessions.

If you are pregnant, you are still very welcome to attend the event, shop from the stalls and connect with our teaching team.

By participating in the taster sessions, you understand that they involve physical movement and exertion, which carries risks of injury. By participating it represents that you are in proper physical health and you take full responsibility for your own body, responding appropriately to its limits, and modifying poses/exercises as needed. You understand the teacher may offer physical adjustments and you should inform them if you do not wish to be touched. You voluntarily agree to assume all risks and release the instructors, organisers and festival venue from any liability for injury or property damage.

Class Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins.

After each session, kindly roll up your mat and clear the space ready for the next group.

If you decide a class is not right for you, please quietly step away to avoid disturbing others.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may still arrange the collection of any pre-ordered merchandise.
• Zenfest will take place rain or shine , wherever possible.

If the event must be cancelled, Experiential tickets may receive a partial refund (excluding the cost of merchandise).

Respect & Conduct

Zenfest is designed to be a calm, welcoming and inclusive space.

We ask all attendees to:

• Respect fellow guests and teachers
• Follow guidance from the Zen Space team
• Help maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
